Ok, an exaggeration, but still a lot of people use blogger for it’s simplicity. So I have converted 3 of my twitter backgrounds into blogger templates. Headers are included in the zipped file for your matching convenience! They all have 2 columns .

To install the template and header:
1. Logged into your blogger, click “layout”
2. It has (header), next to that click “edit”
3. Select ‘browse’ and upload the header image you saved. Placement: Behind title and description. Save that.
4. Click “edit html”
5. Upload a template from a file on your hard drive: click “browse” and select the XML file you saved from above.
6. Click “save template”
7. Enjoy your new blogger template

Of course you do! Today I’m bringing you 3 new and FREE twitter backgrounds. The backgrounds are made by my mom and me.

We use photoshop, and set each ‘piece’ on a new layer, then add objects and effects. I will add a ‘how to make a twitter background’ in a future post, so check back! I’ll also be posting more free things, like twitter backgrounds and blog templates.

These will look best on a 1024×768 resolution, the most popular one.
Click each name to see the full size then save it to your computer.

How to change your twitter background:

  1. Visit http://twitter.com and log into your twitter account
  2. Click on “settings” listed on the top right navigation links
  3. Click on the  grey “design” tab
  4. Scroll down and Click on “Change background image>>”
  5. Click on the “browse” button that will appear below
  6. Select the desired image from your desktop (Images must be smaller than 800k. GIF, JPG, PNG.)
  7. Click on “save changes” button below

To customize your design colors:

  1. Log in
  2. In top navigation bar, click Settings (or go to http://twitter.com/account/settings)
  3. Click the last settings tab, Design
  4. Select a template, change your text and background colors, or upload your background image
  5. Save your changes
