Physical products ship in 1-3 business days. Processing time is in addition to shipping time.
Digital products can be downloaded instantly!

Orders are shipped USPS with tracking included. You'll receive an email to easily track your shipment.

Shipping Times to the USA

FIRST CLASS = Usually arrives in 2-6 business days
PRIORITY = Usually arrives in 2-4 business days
EXPRESS = Guaranteed by USPS to be 2 business days. If not delivered in that time a refund of shipping charges will be given.

International Shipping Times (outside of USA)*

International shipping costs more but we won't charge you extra. Charges are calculated based on weight using USPS rates.

FIRST CLASS = Anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on location and customs.
PRIORITY = Usually 6-10 business days but may take longer.
EXPRESS = Usually 3-5 business days but may take longer.

*It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs and/or import fees. This varies by country.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Items
We want every customer to be completely happy with their order. You can return non-custom physical items in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. 

Damaged Products
Shipments are packaged to arrive safely but sometimes the unthinkable occurs. If it arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and we will get a replacement sent to you right away.

Digital Products
Because these are downloaded, and not returnable, no refunds will be given. If you need help getting a printable item to work please contact me. I offer unlimited support and want you to be happy with your printable product.
